Welcome to the Abiodun Community Health Initiative (ACHI) website. By accessing or using our website, services, or making a donation, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to all of these terms, please do not use our website or services.
ACHI is a registered nonprofit organization in Nigeria (Registration No: CAC/IT/NO 123456). These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and ACHI regarding your use of our website and services.
Important: By using our website, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old or have parental/guardian consent to use our services. If you are making a donation, you confirm that you have the legal right to use the payment method provided.
2. Donations and Payments
2.1 Donation Processing
All donations are processed through secure third-party payment gateways including Paystack and Flutterwave. By making a donation, you agree to the terms and conditions of these payment processors. ACHI does not store your payment information on our servers.
2.2 Currency and Amounts
Donations can be made in Nigerian Naira (NGN) or US Dollars (USD). The exchange rate for USD donations is determined at the time of transaction by our payment processors. All donations are final and non-refundable except as provided in our refund policy.
2.3 Recurring Donations
When you set up a recurring donation (monthly or annual), you authorize ACHI to charge your selected payment method on a recurring basis until you cancel. You may cancel your recurring donation at any time by:
- Logging into your donor account and managing your subscriptions
- Contacting us at donations@abiodunchi.org
- Calling our office at +234 (0) 123 456 7890
Cancellation requests must be received at least 5 business days before the next scheduled payment to avoid processing.
2.4 Tax Deductibility
ACHI is a registered nonprofit organization. Donations may be tax-deductible in Nigeria and other jurisdictions. You will receive a receipt for all donations via email. It is your responsibility to consult with a tax professional regarding the deductibility of your donation.
3. Refund Policy
ACHI takes the handling of donations seriously. If you believe an error has occurred with your donation, please contact us immediately.
3.1 Erroneous Donations
If you accidentally make a duplicate donation or enter an incorrect amount, please notify us within 14 days. We will review the transaction and issue a refund if verified. Refunds will be processed using the original payment method.
3.2 Fraudulent Transactions
If you believe your donation was made fraudulently, please contact your financial institution immediately and notify us at fraud@abiodunchi.org. We will cooperate fully with any investigation.
3.3 Non-Refundable Donations
Except as provided above, all donations are non-refundable. ACHI reserves the right to refuse refund requests made more than 30 days after the donation date or for change of heart.
Note: To request a refund, please email refunds@abiodunchi.org with your name, donation date, amount, and reason for the request.
4. Privacy and Data Protection
Your privacy is important to us. Our collection and use of personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

4.3 Donor Recognition
Unless you select "anonymous donation," we may publicly acknowledge your donation in our annual report or on our website. You may opt out of recognition at any time by contacting us.
